Faceviz - Heartfulness/Org: Web/Mobile App Release Notes–Version 2.0.2 (Web)/1.0.77(Mobile). 09.07.2025

We are excited to announce the release of Version 2.0.2 for Web and Version 1.0.77s for Mobile, featuring new functionalities and enhancements to improve user experience and productivity.

Kanha: Enhancement
Mobile
  1. Enable Tickets:
    • Users can now view the status of their created tickets.
  2. Enable Night shift:
    • After 6 PM, if users attempt to punch in – out, a night shift confirmation popup will be displayed.
  3. Punchin Dual Location:
    • Punch validation is now enforced at two stages: the initial punch time and the final face recognition page.
    • For Groupie punches, users who are inactive or at the wrong location will be displayed on the face recognition page.
  4. Regularize lock and limit:
    • Validation added: Each user is allowed only 3 regularizations per month.
    • Regularize considering notification popup will be displayed when clicking the
    • Regularization form dropdown updated: Network issues, technical issues and New joinee options have been added / modified.
Bug Fixes
  1. Attendance regularize:
    • Backend Error message have been resolved.
  2. Tickets:
    • Issue where multiple tickets were being created has been fixed and validated.
Org: New Feature
Web Application
  1. Trip:
    • Trip view option is now available on Livetracking page for trip initiated via mobile.
  2. Configuration Module:
    • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) tasks have been enabled.
Mobile Application
  1. Task:
    • Sharing option is now available for CSAT task.
  2. Live Tracking & Geo Info:
    • Username, timestamp, city name, and coordinates (latitude/longitude) now recorded during live tracking.
  3. New Attendance Model: Punch (In/Out):
    • New attendance model with Punch In/Out support for regularization and location validation, enhancing accuracy and flexibility.

  1. For Groupie punches, users who are inactive or at the wrong location will be displayed on the face recognition page.
