Faceviz Web/Mobile App Release Notes – Version 2.0.1 (Web) / 1.0.73 (Mobile). Date: 23-02-2025

We are excited to announce the release of Version 2.0.1 for Web and Version 1.0.73 for Mobile, featuring new functionalities and enhancements to improve user experience and productivity.

New Features
Web Application

1. Compliance Screen:

    • Included the battery percentage display.
    • Added notification functionality.

2. Task:

    • Enabled creation of custom fields.
    • Allowed task assignment for individuals and teams.
    • Configured task settings.
    • Summary: Displays assigned and created task details.

3. LMS (Learning Management System):

    • Enabled course creation.
    • Allowed course assignment to specific or multiple users.
    • Implemented course completion tracking.

4. Tickets:

    • Enabled course creation.
    • Added chat conversation for each created ticket.
    • Allowed viewing of detailed conversations within individual tickets.
    • Summary: Displays ticket statuses and individually created tickets.

5. Leave Permission:

    • Configure: Added permission types.
    • Enabled leave permission creation.
    • Added approval statuses.
Mobile Application
  1. Task:
    • Manager: Can create task for self, individuals and teams.
    • User: Can create self-tasks.
    • Manager: Approval process for user tasks.
    • Assigned Task: Task completion process.
    • Summary: Displays assigned and created task details.

  2. LMS:
    • View courses and their statuses.
    • Track course completion.

  3. Tickets:
    • Enabled ticket creation.
    • Added chat conversation for each created ticket.
    • Allowed viewing of detailed conversations within individual tickets.
    • Self-summary: Displays ticket statuses and individually created tickets.

  4. Leave permission:
    • Enabled leave permission creation.
    • Added approval statuses.
    • New Toggle: Yearly and Monthly toggle added to view the 10 most recently created leaves.
    • Leave Count: View Total leave, Taken leave and Balance leave.

  5. Live tracking (Manager):
    • Summary: Displays the assigned user’s latest location and time.

  6. Version – Release notes:
    • Redirects to the release notes via the version.

Web Application
  1. Live tracking:
    • Added Device Id and Device name columns to the table.
    • Implemented Live tracking Plotting points.

  2. Time Zone:
    • Enabled time zone selection for newly created organizations.
    • Validated server date and time during punch-in and punch-out (API-based).

  3. Dynamic Form UI:
    • Improved UI for dynamic forms.

  4. Expenses:
    • Subcategory: Introduced an auto-generated key feature.

  5. Leave:
    • Added a Leave balance column in the leave table.
    • Summary: Displays created leave and approval statuses.

  6. Missed punch-in count (Manager):
    • Validate the missed punch-in count for assigned active user (API –based).
Mobile Application
  1. Time Zone:
    • Display previous date and time during punch-in and punch-out when displaying popups.

  2. Support tickets:
    • Report a bug: Added a mobile number field.

  3. Leave:
    • Improved UI for leave.
    • New Toggle: Yearly and Monthly toggle added to view the 10 most recently created leaves.
    • Leave Count: View Total leave, Taken leave and Balance leave.
    • Added approval statuses.
    • Manager: Approval process for user leave requests.

  4. Expenses:
    • Auto Amount Calculation: Based on live tracking date.
    • Modify option: Allowed modification only for Live Tracking dates.
    • Manager: Approval process for user expenses.
    • Enabled expense creation.
    • Added Filter option for date and statuses.

  5. Missed punch-in count (Manager):
    • Displays the missed punch-in count for assigned active user.

  6. Approvals (Manager):
    • Attendance and leave.
